Job Description The Program Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and growing client and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful delivery of program and marketing initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, marketing teams, program teams, and internal stakeholders, aligning strategic objectives with execution to drive engagement, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that align with program goals and ensure successful project delivery
Oversee program marketing initiatives end‑to‑end, providing leadership and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination
Organize and lead regular meetings to review program progress, set agendas, assign action items, and ensure timely follow‑up
Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries that provide insights into program performance, engagement, and outcomes
Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of account performance
Oversee the creation and dissemination of program communications, including digital content, campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
Support the planning and execution of program‑related events to enhance engagement, visibility, and member experience
Represent the organization at conferences and industry events to promote programs and strengthen relationships
Guide team members in research and outreach efforts to identify and engage new opportunities, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and implement tools, templates, and strategies to facilitate collaboration and networking among members and partners
Engage directly with community members to foster interaction, deliver value, and strengthen program participation
Respond to inquiries from members and prospective members, providing clear and timely information about program opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with government and industry leaders to support program growth and strategic objectives
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of account activities, communications, and performance metrics
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications Expected for Position
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in account management, program management, marketing, or client success
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation platforms)
Experience supporting events, outreach initiatives, or community engagement preferred
Basic graphic design or content creation experience is a plus
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with marketing automation software, such as Salesforce, WordPress, Zoom/ZoomGov, and HubSpot
Understanding of social media platforms, from a creative and operational perspective
Prior experience working with the Department of War (DoW)
Required license or credential needed to perform job: Ability to receive security clearance Travel
Travel for this position is estimated up to ≤3 5%
