Regional Safety Manager
who is ready to take charge in fast paced high stakes construction environments. This critical leadership role is responsible for steering Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operations and building a proactive safety culture. Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and environmental protocols across multiple sites within a designated region.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.), conducting regular site visits and internal audits.
Lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and implement regional EHS programs, policies, and training initiatives, driving continuous improvements in safety culture.
Identify potential environmental, health, or safety risks and establish proactive controls.
Track key EHS metrics, analyze trends, and report performance to senior leadership.
Act as the liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections and work with site managers to ensure adherence to standards.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field (required).
8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in the construction industry.
OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/510 strongly preferred.
Professional certifications required: CSP, ASP, or CHST.
Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
Extensive hands‑on experience with inspections, incident investigations, process safety, contractor safety, and safety training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting systems.
Ability to travel nationwide to support large‑scale data center construction.

Up to 50%

Project assigned EHS staff
