Roeschke Law is a leading Social Security Disability law firm dedicated to advocating for individuals who are unable to work due to disabling medical conditions. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, we help individuals navigate the complex process of applying for and securing Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to determine case viability and ensuring a smooth intake process. Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner Conduct initial screenings to gather information about potential clients’ medical conditions, work history, and other relevant factors Assess potential eligibility for Social Security Disability benefits using firm- established criteria Accurately enter client information into the case management system (CRM) Schedule consultations or follow-ups for attorneys and case managers as needed Communicate clearly with clients about next steps in the intake and application process Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards Follow up with leads and manage a call-back queue to maximize client engagement Collaborate with legal and administrative staff to ensure smooth case transitions Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) 1-2 years of experience in legal intake, customer service, or a similar client-facing role (experience in disability law or healthcare preferred)
