Assignment Level Descriptor:
Is a first line manager (Line Manager 1) but can be second LM of a team (> 4) with Technical Leadership (Technical) and some Business Operations roles
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with others
Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
Assignment Family Group Business Integration ensures strategic delivery is linked to business operations. Works cross functionally, balancing trade‑offs, risks and opportunities in decision making. Drives overall business excellence through the deployment of one or more areas of functional expertise including project management, change management, and continuous improvement to support strategic business objectives and financial goals.
Assignment Family Project Management requires knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process. This includes organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization). Identifying and resolving obstacles to completing project(s) on time and to budget.
Compensation
Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
