Our company is seeking a motivated, self-directed individual that will be responsible for "selling" and "doing" -- the traditional "seller-doer." FIRST, you'll lead the effort, and in many cases, provide the services to support those clients in their pursuit of said large-scale capital projects. Support and training will be provided, but it will be up to you to "drive the process forward." SECOND, with support from Preswerx ownership, you'll be responsible for securing new contractor, architect and engineer clients across North America, that are specifically pursuing large-scale capital projects in the HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION and GOVERNMENT sectors. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead complex, high-value sales engagements from prospecting through close, managing relationships with senior decision-makers at major A/E/C firms. Carry a personal revenue target while also contributing to overall team performance through coaching, deal support, and pipeline reviews. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, developing a deep understanding of their business goals and positioning Preswerx as a long-term partner rather than a one-off vendor. Collaborate with Preswerx leadership to refine sales processes, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans as the company grows. Conduct discovery calls and in-person meetings to understand client needs, then work with creative and production teams to scope and propose solutions. Travel approximately twice per month to meet clients on-site, and participate in shortlist presentation coaching sessions. Represent Preswerx serving as a senior face of the brand. Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline health, team performance, and revenue forecasts to leadership. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions in the A/E/C space. Share insights with the broader team to sharpen our collective approach. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of B2B sales experience in marketing services, professional services, or a related consultancy environment, with at least 2 years in a senior or team-lead capacity. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment. Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing junior sales professionals. Strong consultative and strategic selling skills with the ability to navigate complex buying processes and engage C-level stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be selling to and advising senior executives at major firms. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Willingness and ability to travel approximately twice per month. Self-motivated with the discipline and maturity to work independently in a fully remote environment while also lifting up a team. Experience selling to the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or adjacent markets. Familiarity with the RFQ/RFP process and how firms pursue and win project work. Background in marketing, branding, or creative services sales. Existing network of contacts in the construction, architecture, or engineering sectors. Experience working at a boutique or small firm where strategic thinking and execution go hand-in-hand. Track record of helping build or scale a sales team or sales process at a growing company.
