Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Co-Founder | Network Engineering & Digital Transformation Expert This is a REMOTE role on the EAST COAST (Eastern Timezone Only)
My client are a fast growing technology solutions company who are looking to bring in a tech-savvy accountant who combines strong traditional accounting skills with a passion for technology, automation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the rollout of a new expense management platform
Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Support multi-state tax compliance
Collaborate with IT and business units on automation initiatives using Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control standards
Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data flow
We are looking for:
A
bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
3–7 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of
GAAP
and accounting fundamentals.
High proficiency with
Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with accounting software
(QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience implementing or migrating to new financial systems (Microsoft Co-Pilot, Power Automate or similar AI Automation Tools)
Salary is open and competitive: $100,000 - $150,000 a year.
