About K1x At K1x, we are revolutionizing the tax software sector with innovative technology that brings clarity, efficiency, and control to intricate K‑1 and partnership reporting. Our platform empowers top firms and institutions by streamlining data management, automating compliance processes, and providing insights that enhance client results. As a rapidly growing Series B SaaS company, we have earned the trust of tax and accounting professionals who appreciate accuracy and collaboration. Each team member contributes directly to how clients engage with our technology and services, with Account Managers being pivotal to this goal.
Role Overview As an Account Manager at K1x, you will be the main contact for a portfolio of clients within the tax and financial services industry. The role is dynamic and demands high levels of ownership, presenting new challenges and opportunities daily to address significant client issues. It is particularly well‑suited for individuals who excel in diverse, action‑oriented environments and prefer direct interaction with clients over extended enterprise processes.
Your responsibilities include managing renewals, promoting usage, and uncovering growth opportunities while cultivating long‑lasting relationships based on trust and measurable success. You will facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), oversee intricate renewals and upsell strategies, and work closely with the Product, Support, and Finance teams to ensure clients fully benefit from K1x's offerings.
