What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
Drive account growth through cross-sell, upsell, and renewal strategies.
Lead contract negotiations and renewal processes.
Develop tailored account strategies to maximize client value.
Identify new business opportunities via referrals and strategic networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve offerings.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Participate in strategic planning sessions and industry events.
What You Bring
Proven success in full-cycle B2B technology sales.
Ability and willingness to invest time in learning Cygna Labs Inc. proprietary solutions, including developing a deep understanding of our intellectual property, technical differentiators, and product capabilities.
Experience engaging IT leadership and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho); outreach tools a plus.
Self-starter with strong time management and pipeline discipline.
Ability to learn and articulate complex technical solutions.
