SISCO
is seeking remote candidates who are licensed in Life and Health. We pride ourselves on putting the customer first and finding ways to improve our business. Service Center Hours:
Monday–Thursday 7 am to 7 pm and Friday 7 am to 5 pm.
Essential Functions:
Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans
Process Medical/Dental Claims
Ability to learn/retain large amounts of technical information
What We're Looking For:
Licensed in Life and Health is required.
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail
Ability to work with customers of diverse background and dispositions
Experience / Benefits:
Medical or call center experience is a plus
