Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families Assess client needs and provide personalized benefit recommendations Explain coverage options clearly and guide clients through enrollment Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards Provide ongoing client support, including policy updates and general inquiries Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service Participate in training sessions, mentorship, and team development Who Thrives in This Role
Professionals with a strong client-first mindset Confident communicators who build trust in virtual settings Organized individuals who can manage multiple priorities Self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently Candidates experienced with digital tools and virtual platforms Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required Requirements
