The Role
You will lead new business acquisition for mid to large sized carriers and MGAs, managing the entire sales cycle from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
This is a strategic role that blends execution with ownership.
You will collaborate closely with product, delivery, and customer success to align client needs with our platform’s capabilities, driving both immediate results and long term relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage the full end to end sales process including prospecting, qualification, demos, and contract closure.
Build and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
Engage confidently with C suite, underwriting, and innovation leaders to articulate business impact.
Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and onboarding.
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets.
Contribute to refining sales messaging, processes, and enablement for future scale.
Role Requirements:
3 to 10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally in SaaS or Insurtech.
Demonstrated success in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
Proven track record of closing complex deals across multiple stakeholders.
Strong ability to build and navigate executive level relationships.
Hands on experience with CRM and enablement tools (HubSpot preferred).
Familiarity with the P&C or Specialty Insurance ecosystem is highly desirable.
Understanding of machine learning and AI in business contexts.
Experience in a high growth or early stage startup is preferred.
