We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager / Product Manager who can contribute from day one by driving coordination, delivery velocity, and alignment across distributed teams. You’ll join a fast-paced, product-driven environment where clear communication, execution, and collaboration are critical to success.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and business — translating goals into actionable plans and ensuring teams stay aligned and productive. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features efficiently.
We’re looking for someone with strong Agile experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset when it comes to removing blockers and improving team performance. You’re comfortable working with distributed teams and are excited about leveraging modern tools — including AI-assisted workflows — to improve delivery and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of distributed engineering teams.
Drive Agile processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Translate business goals and product requirements into clear technical execution plans.
Align stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Track progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers.
Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams and time zones.
Ensure consistent delivery velocity and continuous improvement of team processes.
Explore and adopt tools (including AI-assisted tools) that improve team productivity and delivery outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
Strong Agile / Scrum execution experience (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate between business goals and technical execution.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (able to communicate effectively in written and spoken form in professional settings).
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS product environments.
Familiarity with AI-driven product development cycles.
