The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on design direction, drawing inspiration from preferred examples such as keystonesports.no, and offer creative solutions tailored to the needs of a growing business. This opportunity is fully remote and may lead to additional follow-up work based on project success.
Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive review of the current website and identify areas for improvement or redevelopment.
Design and implement a modern, user-friendly website that effectively communicates the company’s mission and services.
Present design concepts and wireframes for feedback and approval.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content, layout, and user experience.
Provide recommendations on best practices for website structure, navigation, and visual identity.
Ensure the website is optimized for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
Offer post-launch support and potential updates as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in web design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects.
Proficiency in web design tools and platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Ability to translate client requirements and style preferences into effective digital solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience working remotely and managing projects independently.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
Availability for potential follow-up work and ongoing collaboration.
