Recruitment Business Partner @ Orbisk | Zero Food Waste Orbisk is a SaaS scale-up and has successfully scaled within Europe. In 2025, we want to accelerate our growth by setting up a US office. As our new first Sales Lead for the US, you'll be a driving force in Orbisk's growth, building and leading our sales team in the US to achieve ambitious revenue goals. We’re on a mission to create a world where zero food waste isn’t just a dream—it’s a reality. What’s on the menu? You’ll be responsible for both strategic direction and day-to-day management, working closely with our CCO and the Head of Marketing to define and execute our go-to-market strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Adapting the proven success of the European playbooks to a successful strategy for the US market. Kick-starting our commercial activities in the US and bringing in our first customers on board. Building and leading a high-performing sales team. Managing the sales budget and allocating resources effectively. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. The key ingredients for success: Prior experience in managing teams, ideally in a start-up/scale-up environment. You probably have been in management for ~4+ years. Extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales in the SaaS industry. Experience launching in new markets and building the strategy around KPIs, budgeting, and resource allocation. It would be great if you have a network and/or experience in the hospitality industry.
