Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of the organization’s data architecture.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
Develop and implement data models, database designs, and data migration strategies.
Define and enforce data standards, best practices, and governance policies.
Evaluate and select appropriate database technologies and tools.
Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of data solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data systems with applications.
Stay updated on emerging data technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
Provide guidance on data management, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar senior data role.
Strong understanding of data architecture principles and practices.
Proficiency in database design, data modeling, and data integration.
Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and solutions.
Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques.
Previous experience with master data management (MDM).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
