✍ Short Description We’re looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to drive pipeline generation and early‑stage opportunities within the supply chain and global logistics space. This role is focused on outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, building relationships with logistics decision‑makers, and setting up discovery conversations with senior team members. You’ll support revenue growth by consistently engaging target customers and helping articulate the value of smarter, tech‑driven supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities
Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels to identify and engage supply chain/logistics decision‑makers.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand customer pain points, and articulate how the company’s logistics visibility and freight services address those needs.
Set qualified meetings and demos with senior sales or leadership for deeper discovery and deal progression.
Build and maintain a clean, organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking activity, outcomes, and next steps.
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach sequences.
Support campaign and content alignment by providing feedback from front‑line prospect interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales development, or outbound roles.
Experience in the logistics/supply chain industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+).
Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms for multi‑channel engagement.
Ability to engage with logistics leaders and decision‑makers professionally and confidently.
Organized with strong follow‑up discipline and a performance‑driven mindset.
Experience working toward activity and pipeline goals in a structured sales environment.
