Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments across multiple time zones.
Email & Communication Support: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO; draft correspondence as needed.
Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Document Preparation: Create presentations, reports, and meeting materials; maintain accurate records and files.
Project Assistance: Support special projects, research tasks, and follow-up on action items.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Vendor & Client Liaison: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack).
Attributes
Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Preferred: Experience working remotely and familiarity with international business practices.
Work Hours
Flexible but must be available during overlapping hours with U.S. business time zones.
Compensation Pay based on experience
