About the Role We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive growth for our
onsite data center support services
for
global hyperscalers including AWS, Azure, GCP, Meta, Oracle Cloud, and more.
This is a
pure hunting, growth-focused role
with a mandate to expand regional and global footprints across hyperscaler-owned and leased data centers.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify & pursue opportunities across hyperscaler and colocation data centers.
Develop penetration strategies for hyperscalers and their ecosystem partners.
Build strong relationships with operations teams, cluster managers, technical PMs, and vendor management offices.
Drive QBRs/MBRs with hyperscaler stakeholders.
Understand onsite support models including:
Smart Hands & Remote Hands
Cabling (fiber/copper)
Racking & stacking
Inventory & asset management
Build accurate SoWs, pricing models, SLAs, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure resource readiness and standards compliance.
Ensure alignment with hyperscaler security, access, safety, and compliance requirements.
Track hyperscaler region expansions, new AZs, edge sites, and colocation strategies.
Monitor competitor offerings and industry pricing.
Develop GTM plans for new sites and global expansions.
Qualifications & Experience
12+ years in enterprise delivery or business development for data center onsite support
Deep knowledge of hyperscaler operations, compliance, and regional market dynamics
Proven experience in multi-partner pursuits and complex negotiations
Strong techno-commercial skills and stakeholder management
High-travel, customer-facing role with high autonomy and accountability

Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
