challenging the status quo, trust, transparency, integrity, and collaboration. The Technical Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business objectives and technical execution. This position is responsible for leading technical discovery, stakeholder discussions, and refinement sessions to ensure high-quality, scalable, and compliant feature delivery. With a strong emphasis on integrations and system architecture, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and third-party providers to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that enable efficient development and successful deployment. You will lead technical refinement sessions with stakeholders and development teams to define integration requirements and feature scope Collaborate daily with Product Owners and Engineering to translate business initiatives into technical deliverables Own the technical analysis and documentation for new features, enhancements, and platform improvements Drive 3rd party integrations, including payment providers, gaming suppliers, compliance tools, and internal back-office systems Review API documentation, data flows, and system interactions to ensure feasibility and alignment with architectural standards Identify technical dependencies, risks, and edge cases early in the planning cycle Support delivery of compliance-driven updates across multiple jurisdictions Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical estimation sessions Ensure clarity and completeness of user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation with the QA team Support post-release validation and issue analysis where required Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and requirement refinement sessions with business stakeholders and development teams Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including APIs, workflows, data mappings, and system interactions Act as the primary liaison between Product and Engineering on technical matters Define and document integration requirements for 3rd party providers (payments, gaming platforms, KYC, compliance tools, etc.) Review and validate technical designs to ensure alignment with functional requirements and architectural standards Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including process flows, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications Ensure business requirements are sufficiently defined and technically feasible prior to development commitment Identify technical risks, constraints, and dependencies and proactively propose mitigation strategies Support development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities Coordinate testing efforts related to integrations and complex feature releases Collaborate with Compliance and Regulatory teams to ensure technical solutions meet jurisdictional requirements Manage communications with 3rd party technical teams during onboarding and integration projects Contribute to continuous improvement of requirement gathering, documentation standards, and delivery processes Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role within a software development environment Strong experience leading technical discussions with stakeholders and engineering teams Proven experience delivering API-based integrations and complex system integrations Strong understanding of REST APIs, data structures Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and architecture diagrams Experience working within Agile delivery environments Excellent documentation skills, including creation of detailed functional and technical specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Engineering, and external vendors Comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have
Technical background in software development or system architecture Experience within an online gaming, fintech, or regulated digital industry environment Familiarity with payment gateway integrations and transactional systems Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or equivalent Agile or Business Analysis certification Why Join BET99?
