As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of the company’s software with clients’ systems post-sale. You will work closely with customers to gather their requirements, configure the system, and collaborate with the development team to deliver a fully customized solution. Requirements
Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with P&C insurance or insurance technology systems. Technical expertise in scripting, system configuration, and database management. Proven experience in software implementation or consulting roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions. Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding and system implementation process for new clients. Gather client requirements and ensure the software configuration aligns with their unique insurance needs. Collaborate with the development team to customize the product, writing scripts and documenting changes as needed. Provide technical support during and post-implementation to resolve client issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and efficient implementation experience.
