Our mission: make selling a practice as smooth, professional, and valuable as possible while protecting patient care and staff continuity.
We’re now hiring a Setter to call new inbound leads within 15 minutes of submission, build trust, and book discovery or valuation calls with our M&A team.
You will be selling a $10k package, which results in $250 commission per sale.
⚡ Speed-to-Lead: Call new inbound leads within 15 minutes of the email coming in.
Responsibilities
☎️ Follow-Up: Make 3–5 follow-up attempts (call, text, or email) for leads who don’t answer.
Book Discovery Calls: Use the qualification framework and conversational script to book calls with the M&A team.
Qualify Lightly: Ask 1–2 key questions to ensure fit (e.g., practice type, timeline to sell, motivation).
Sound Human: Follow the “ClearScale 5-Step Call Framework” — open confidently, build quick rapport, qualify lightly, transition to the call, and close the loop.
️ Calendar Management: Schedule all booked calls directly into our team calendar.
️ CRM Logging: Record call outcomes, notes, and statuses in CRM.
Daily Metrics Reporting: Track activity and results (calls, connects, booked calls, show rate).
