Responsibilities
Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, exchanges, and influencers.
Collaborate with TON ecosystem partners (e.g., getgems.io, TON Ventures) to promote Dogg Lands.
Negotiate sponsorships and collaborations to drive user acquisition and NFT sales.
Develop presale proposals and pitch decks for potential partners.
Work with the marketing team to align partnership campaigns with project goals.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business development or partnerships in Web3 or SaaS.
Proven track record of securing partnerships or closing deals.
Strong network in the crypto/Web3 space.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluent English (verbal and written).
Minimum 8‑month commitment.
Nice-to-have
Experience with TON ecosystem or Telegram-based projects.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Knowledge of NFT marketplaces or DeFi protocols.
Payment starts after Christmas (December 2025), with potential $DOGG token incentives.
Work remotely in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
