In this role, you’ll lead a team of engineers working on solar PV and BESS projects from pre-construction through commissioning. You’ll be responsible for reviewing site plans, engineering drawings, and AutoCAD files to identify errors or design gaps. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation of solar project experience, a strong technical mindset, and the ability to work in both field and office settings. The ideal candidate should have the following: Minimum 6 years of experience delivering DG or Utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects Proficient in AutoCAD and able to perform technical reviews of site plans, electrical one-lines, layout drawings, and interconnection diagrams Deep understanding of PV system design principles, NEC code compliance, and permitting requirements Ability to identify constructability issues and field-level design flaws during site walks or drawing reviews Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams across multiple project phases (design, procurement, construction, commissioning) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering required Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred If this is an opportunity you have interest in, then please apply to avoid disappointment.
