We’re hiring an SDR to join our founding go-to-market team. You’ll drive pipeline through a blend of strategic outbound and high-intent inbound, with exposure to the full sales cycle and direct access to leadership. Key Background:
Something from financial services (outbound motions into enterprises) or data backgrounds preferred. Fully remote (U.S.) Report to SDR leadership Target buyers: RevOps, Data, and Analytics leaders Compensation: $100K OTE (70/30 split) Accelerators tied to meetings, pipeline stages, and closed revenue Responsibilities
Run outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social Qualify and convert inbound leads Book meetings for Account Executives Partner closely with AEs on account strategy Maintain accurate CRM and activity data Continuously refine messaging and outreach Team & Growth
Work with a high-performing AE team Clear path to AE within ~18 months for top performers Who You Are
1+ year SDR/BDR or SaaS sales experience Strong communicator and self-starter Metrics-driven and coachable
