Donorbox is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Product. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the end-to-end design process, transforming complex challenges into intuitive and impactful solutions. You'll champion the user experience while meticulously aligning design strategy with our core business objectives, ensuring our products are both delightful to use and contribute significantly to our success. A key part of this role will involve close collaboration with Product Managers and Tech Leads, and collaborating within the entire product lifecycle and ensuring user needs and business goals are successfully met. We are particularly interested in candidates with a proven track record of designing features for business tools like CRMs, ERPs, and similar enterprise-level applications. Responsibilities
Lead a user-centered design practice by conducting in-depth user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating these insights into actionable design solutions. Collaborate closely with Product and other stakeholders to contribute to the product roadmap, define new features, and help shape the overall product strategy, ensuring design is integrated from conception. Own the full design lifecycle from concept to launch, including creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and validated with real users. Collaborate and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints and streamlining the design and development process. Partner effectively with product managers, engineers, marketing, and other teams to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure seamless implementation and delivery of product features. Continuously monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to iterate on existing designs and identify opportunities for ongoing product improvement. Ability to manage and prioritize the Product Backlog and steer the development team to ensure value is delivered for both customers and business while providing delightful user experience.
