Contract-to-Full-Time Path While this position is intended to be full time, in some instances we'll start with a paid contract. You'll dive straight into real customer projects, fully embedded with the team. If things go well on both sides, we convert the role to full time at the end of the contract.

Role Summary We're hiring a Technical Account Manager to own customer success, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of 10-15 mid-market accounts using our AI-powered analytics platform.
At its core, this role requires someone who can
Get on calls with customers and make sure they're getting what they need
Stay on top of all of your customers' projects and needs
Work with whoever necessary to make sure things get done and delivered
You own Net Revenue Retention (NRR), identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers achieve the outcomes they need to renew and grow.
You're hungry, intellectually curious, and diligent. You're a driver who takes ownership and gets things across the finish line. You're organized, able to juggle multiple accounts, and skilled at coordinating people and resources to deliver results. You're excited about AI's potential to transform how businesses use their data.
What You'll Own Customer Relationship & Adoption
Get on calls with customers and make sure they're getting what they need
Build trusted relationships across operations, marketing, and stakeholder teams
Run regular check-ins and QBRs focused on value delivery and growth opportunities
Drive adoption of AI-powered features and identify underutilized capabilities
Account Growth & Expansion
Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your portfolio of 10-15 accounts
Identify expansion opportunities across products, locations, and use cases
Convert successful AI implementations into measurable revenue growth
Partner with Sales on expansion deals
Identify underutilized AI features and drive deeper platform adoption
Delivery Coordination & Project Management
Stay on top of all of your customers' projects and needs
Work with whoever necessary (Solutions Architects, Support, Product) to make sure things get done and delivered
Own end-to-end delivery accountability—manage timelines, track deliverables, and drive work to completion
Maintain operational rigor: manage backlog, track SLAs, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Escalate issues with clear context, diagnosis, recommended path forward, owners, and timeline
Stay in the driver's seat through resolution—escalation is a tool, not a handoff
Monitor account health and proactively address risks
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Protect revenue and customer confidence during critical issues
What Success Looks Like
Consistent expansion ARR sourced through TAM-led initiatives
High customer satisfaction and engagement scores
Proactive issue resolution and risk mitigation
Well-organized portfolio with no surprises
What We're Looking For
3+ years
in customer-facing SaaS roles (TAM, CSM, Account Management, or similar), ideally with exposure to AI, analytics, or data products
Track record of driving retention and expansion in mid-market accounts
Exceptional communication skills
and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong project management abilities : you're organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple accounts without dropping balls
Hungry, intellectually curious, and willing to learn —you don't need to be a technical expert, but you should be curious about how AI and data
Basic comfort with business intelligence concepts —you should be able to look at a dashboard, understand what it's showing, and have intelligent conversations about analytics with customers. Deep SQL or technical skills are not required.

Diligent and organized : you maintain operational rigor across 10-15 accounts and nothing falls through the cracks

Salary & Benefits
Salary:
$120,000 base + commission tied to NRR growth
Healthcare, PTO, life insurance, and full remote flexibility in Eastern and Central Time Zones
