Job Description Responsibilities
Engaging with EPC contractors in solar rooftop space/clean energy installers and MSMEs to generate leads for financing in the assigned districts.
Setting ambitious targets for self and achieving it month on month.
Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Problem solve to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction.
Candidate Details
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC / Bank, doing B2B / MSME / LAP lending; (clean energy sector sales experience is preferred.)
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
Effective communication skills.
