External Marketing Writing : Create compelling and persuasive content for external marketing materials including website copy, blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and social media posts. Ability to hit the ground running and conduct stakeholder interviews independently or with others. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style. Proactively propose new content topics and formats to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content. Translate complex technical information into clear and user-friendly content for diverse audiences. Internal Communications & Content Development
Create engaging internal communications that inform, align, and connect employees across the organization Support internal initiatives through content such as announcements, leadership communications, and program updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure accuracy and clarity of messaging Translate complex business updates and operational topics into clear, easy-to-understand communications Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role. Proven experience in writing for both external marketing and internal communications purposes. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A collaborative mindset with experience working across teams to generate and refine ideas that elevate content impact. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about content development, including identifying new topics and formats that support broader business goals Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools is preferred. Compensation & Benefits (summary)
