Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Project Manager II. Do you have experience leading full lifecycle IT development projects and managing Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality! What You Will Be Doing
You will be a key member of the IT Shared Services Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for delivering mission-critical business application and infrastructure projects. You will work across varying levels of stakeholders in both infrastructure and application development disciplines on projects of varying scope and scale. Your role involves planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities of project teams through analysis, design, development, and implementation Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope and objectives, identify required skills and resources, and develop detailed work plans. Agile Leadership : Manage the Jira board, facilitate agile ceremony meetings, and escalate issues to product owners. Release Management : Manage content for sprints and monthly releases, ensuring stories are completed by published code cutoff dates. Stakeholder Management : Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and coordinate when project deliverables impact other teams. Risk & Issue Mitigation : Anticipate and identify project issues and risks, recommend solutions, and work with leadership to implement them. Accountability : Take ownership of driving tasks forward while holding team members accountable for their progress and deliverables. Required Skills & Experience
Experience : 6+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in an IT environment. Methodologies : Proven experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Confluence. Lifecycle : Demonstrated experience in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Technical Proficiency : Proficient knowledge in gathering and documenting business requirements and ensuring requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration : Ability to effectively collaborate and work with others in a fully remote environment. Compliance : Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities. Availability : Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours. Authorization : Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Desired Skills & Experience
Education : Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Certification : PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Abilities : Strong task management abilities with the skill to identify necessary steps toward a solution and drive initiatives to completion. Pay : $43.40 - $62.00 /hr.
