Job Summary We are hiring a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified leads for a high‑growth SaaS business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a hunter mindset, and experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, and cold outreach.
You’ll play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and booking meetings for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets and industries
Generate and book qualified meetings for the sales team
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of leads using CRM tools
Research prospects and tailor messaging to align with their business needs
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
2+ years of experience in
Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B SaaS Sales
Proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Strong communication and objection‑handling skills
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
Highly self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
