Job title: UIArchitect Role
UIDeveloper/Lead should be proficient with Angular and related front technologies. Primary focus is on developing user interface components and implementing them. The incumbent will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. The incumbent will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure to ensure smooth delivery. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Ownership for self and team on deliverables Mentoring and reviewing team’s tasks and assignments Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Educational Requirements/Experience
B. Tech/ MCA from a reputed institute/University. The candidate should have 4 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. Technical Knowledge
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio and proven UI experience In-depth knowledge of OOPs, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages Good experience in AngularJS / Angular 2+ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Experience in writing coded unit test cases Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Excellent troubleshooting skills Design and develop responsive websites/applications Quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes Contributing to client relationships as needed per project need Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Experience of working in onshore/offshore model Core Competencies
