ABOUT THE ROLE At Simplilearn, we are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Instructor with a robust understanding of agentic frameworks and practical AI deployment experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with tools such as CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain, a deep knowledge of Generative AI, and the ability to teach both technical and business‑oriented aspects of AI systems. As an Agentic AI Instructor, you will guide learners through coding labs, real‑world applications, and concepts such as multi‑agent ecosystems, performance metrics, and ROI measurement for AI agents.
In this role, you will conduct live online sessions, guide learners through hands‑on projects and capstone assignments, and mentor them on applying AI techniques to solve real‑world problems. You’ll help bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and industry implementation, empowering professionals to design, train, and deploy AI‑driven solutions effectively.
You will engage with learners through interactive discussions, case studies, and demonstrations covering topics such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI. By drawing on your professional experience and practical insights, you’ll inspire learners to stay ahead in an AI‑driven world.
This is a part‑time, remote role. All sessions are conducted live online in an interactive, instructor‑led format.
RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will:
Create a positive, professional and inclusive learning environment, by:
Teaching select lessons in accordance with learning objectives and fidelity to session plans provided by Simplilearn
Employing strategies known to meet the needs of adult learners, including leveraging tech tools, instructional best practices and connecting content to the real world by sharing industry insights and professional experiences
Managing regular communication with students to align on progress, expectations, celebrate milestones and address concern areas
Providing individualized student support during synchronous class sessions and outside class synchronously during office hours and asynchronously through timely communication
Evaluate student performance and progression toward competencies based on course deliverables and course rubrics, by:
Providing constructive and timely feedback to students in the cohort
Assisting in the management of Performance Action Plans for individual students who need additional support
Serve as role model for students and as an ambassador for our brand, by:
Exhibiting professionalism and an ethical and empathetic approach when engaging with Simplilearn staff, students, and the public
Promoting student retention and amplify student satisfaction by creating a positive classroom culture for the Learning Team, communicating timely with students and leveraging effective interventions and sharing of resources
Encouraging teamwork and seek feedback for continuous improvement
Working Hours
- The total weekly part‑time commitment is expected to be 8-12 hours. Weekday - 06:30 PM CST - 09:30 PM CST Weekend - 09:00 AM CST - 12:00 PM CST
Class Timings -
For Weekend sessions, 6-8 hrs of delivery
For Weekday sessions, 9-12 hrs of delivery
1 prep hour/session for the first cohort and 0.5 prep hour per session for the future cohorts
If content revamped, prep can be at 1 hour/session for the first batch and 0.5 hour per session for the future batches
Feedback communication/General connects Minutes/hours are not billable
Prep hour can be billed only for the actual scheduled teaching hours(Induction sessions excluded)
QUALIFICATIONS You are a great candidate for this role if you have:
7+ years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with hands‑on expertise in building and deploying AI models.
A strong understanding of Agentic AI, the latest developments in AI frameworks, multi‑agent ecosystems, and deployment practices.
Lead training sessions that cover the development, deployment, and scaling of Agentic AI solutions. Ensure students gain a practical understanding of frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain.
Facilitate practical coding labs, offering guidance in Python and hands‑on experience with agent‑based AI frameworks. Ensure students build and deploy solutions, applying concepts learned.
Teach students the business implications of AI agents, focusing on performance measurement, ROI, and the integration of AI systems into real‑world business environments.
Instruct on the use of no‑code/low‑code automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make.com, enabling students to automate AI processes and workflows.
Deploying AI in Production: Share expertise on the deployment of Agentic AI systems in production environments, emphasizing real‑world challenges and best practices for scalability
Proven hands‑on experience working with agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain. Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Compensation: The expected compensation for this role is $60 per hour for candidates who fulfill the qualifications listed. Candidates with advanced qualifications or domain expertise are encouraged to apply as well. All final offers will be determined based on individual experience, skillset, and alignment with the program needs.
