Customer Support & Sales Representative
to serve as a frontline ambassador for its mission-driven brand. This full-time, remote role offers
$18/hour
plus benefits, including health insurance, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, and work-from-home flexibility.
The successful candidate will manage customer conversations across multiple channels, support revenue through upselling and retention, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve speed and automation.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, with structured performance-driven expectations
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound tickets via Gorgias (email, chat, SMS, social DMs)
Respond to customers within 24-hour SLA while maintaining 95%+ CSAT
Make outbound and inbound phone calls to resolve issues, conduct surveys, and support retention
Recommend add-ons, prepaid plans, and upgrades when appropriate
Convert cancellations into skips, plan adjustments, or prepaid options
Manage subscriptions inside Recharge and maintain accurate Shopify accounts
Coordinate with fulfillment partners for smooth order deliveryRespond to social media comments and DMs in alignment with brand voice
Use AI tools to draft responses, improve efficiency, and categorize tickets
Follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation
Manage daily tasks inside Motion project management tool
Track time accurately in Gusto and meet productivity expectations
Candidate Requirements
Hands-on Shopify experience
Experience with Recharge or similar subscription platforms
Experience with Gorgias or similar helpdesk systems
Background in e-commerce environments
Experience with upselling, retention, or revenue-support conversations
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity
Preferred:
Naturally outgoing and confident on the phone
Strong written communication skills with ability to match brand voice
Highly organized and self-managed
Performance-driven mindset with focus on metrics and improvement
