Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, developing and executing account strategies, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, analyzing account performance, and resolving client concerns. This role will also focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications
Client relationship management and account strategy skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in sales techniques and meeting sales targets
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of CRM software and related tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in account management or client-facing roles is a plus
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and make decisions efficiently
