The Role This is an exciting, hands‑on role for a marketer who's eager to learn, experiment, and grow. You'll support the planning and execution of marketing activities across campaigns, events, and digital channels, helping to build INSTANDA's presence in the North American insurance market.
You'll work closely with our UK‑based Head of Marketing and the wider global marketing team, gaining exposure to strategy, creative development, and performance marketing and take ownership of regional initiatives that make a real impact.
What you will do Campaigns & Content
Support the delivery of North America marketing campaigns, from email to social and paid activity
Help localise and distribute content such as blogs, case studies, and client stories for the US market
Coordinate with the content and design teams to produce marketing materials for events and digital channels
Events & Partnerships
Support the planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and webinars
Work with the sales team to maximise event ROI from pre‑event promotion to post‑event follow‑up
Help manage relationships with partners, agencies, and industry associations
Digital & CRM
Assist with campaign setup and reporting in HubSpot (or similar platforms)
Monitor lead flow, ensure data accuracy, and help track campaign performance
Contribute ideas to improve digital engagement and lead generation
Team Collaboration
Partner with UK‑based Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment across regions
Participate in regular marketing team meetings to share insights and learnings from the North American market
Adhere to INSTANDA's information security policies, guidelines and best practices to protect our company and our clients.
Contribute to a culture of security awareness within the company.
Requirements You're a proactive, organised, and creative marketer who's ready to take the next step in your career. You enjoy variety, thrive in a fast‑moving environment, and love being part of a global team.
You'll bring
2-4 years' experience in B2B marketing (preferably SaaS, fintech, or insurtech)
Experience supporting campaigns, events, or social media activity
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
Curiosity about the insurance and technology landscape — and a willingness to learn fast
Benefits
Pay range: $60,000 - $80,000 USD/ CAD
