We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of 6–12 high-velocity B2C sales reps responsible for guiding families through one of the most emotional decisions they’ll ever make — bringing home a puppy. Responsibilities: Coach with context: Listen to calls, break down conversations, and give clear, actionable feedback. Sell regularly: Work live leads, take overflow volume, and personally close a minimum of 15 puppy placements in your first 90 days. Lead with structure: Own daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and pipeline reviews. Own the numbers: Track and drive core KPIs; conversion rate, talk time, follow-up activity, attach rate, and revenue. Drive CRM discipline: Ensure HubSpot is clean, accurate, and used to drive smart decisions. Set the tone: Bring energy and urgency to your team every day. Requirements: 3–5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, consumer-facing roles. Experience leading or coaching a sales team. Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple channels. Motivated by building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
