The Opportunity We’re looking for an
Account Manager
who thrives on building meaningful, long-term customer relationships and turning insight into growth. We’re excited to announce that we are opening this position for the following markets:
Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany,
and
Poland.
This role is not about reacting to the past, it’s about
anticipating what customers need next . You’ll work with SME and Enterprise clients across Europe, helping them unlock value through
data
solutions.
If you’re an exceptional listener, naturally empathetic, commercially sharp, and motivated by customer success, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a portfolio of B2B customers, acting as their trusted partner;
Deeply understand customer challenges, goals, and future plans and translate them into scalable solutions;
Drive account growth and retention through strategic conversations, not transactional selling;
Identify and lead upsell and expansion opportunities across all company products;
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders;
Lead regular customer check-ins and business reviews focused on outcomes and value;
Work closely with Sales, Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Consultancy experience or a similar B2B sales role;
Strong active listening and empathy, you understand what customers are really asking for;
A forward-thinking, solutions-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness;
Comfortable working with data-driven or technical products;
Confident in managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-moving environment;
Clear, professional communicator who can adapt to different audiences and cultures.
Languages
Fluent English is essential;
Strong communication skills in at least one of the following languages are required (two is a plus): French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, or Polish.
