We’re looking for a thoughtful, product-minded Product Manager to own a core domain of the ShopView platform. This is a high-impact role where you will deeply understand our users, shape product direction, and translate complex operational problems into intuitive software solutions. You’ll work directly with the Head of Product to drive discovery, strategy, and execution. Along the way you’ll collaborate closely with engineering and QA to bring ideas to life, while also gaining exposure to company founders and leadership as we evolve the product. We value product managers who think like product designers - people who obsess over understanding users, craft clear narratives around problems and solutions, and iterate toward elegant outcomes. If you enjoy turning messy real-world workflows into well-designed software, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do
Own a product domain. Take full responsibility for a meaningful part of the platform - understanding the problems deeply and shaping how the product evolves. Develop deep user empathy.Spend time understanding how our customers work, the constraints they operate under, and the real-world challenges they face. Translate these insights into thoughtful product solutions. Lead the product lifecycle.Drive ideas from early discovery through validation, delivery, adoption, and iteration. Prototype and explore ideas quickly.Use sketches, lightweight mockups, or simple prototypes to explore solutions and communicate ideas. Learn from user behavior.Use interviews, observation, product analytics, and feedback to understand how people actually use the product and where improvements can make the biggest difference. Collaborate deeply with engineering.Work daily with engineers and QA to refine ideas, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality product experiences. Build products you’re proud of.Care deeply about the details and the overall experience we deliver to customers. Explore emerging tools and technologies. Stay curious about new tools - including AI - and how they might enable better products or new ways of working. Requirements
5+ years in product-related roles, with at least 3 years as a Product Manager in a software company. Strong product intuition and design sensibility. You care about how products feel to use - not just whether they function. Analytical thinking. You use data, observation, and structured thinking to inform decisions. Technical communication. You’re comfortable discussing product ideas with engineers and understanding system constraints. Self-driven and organized. You take initiative, manage ambiguity well, and can drive projects forward without constant direction. Execution-focused.You turn ideas into shipped product improvements and measurable outcomes. Strong communication and storytelling. You can clearly explain problems, ideas, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. AI literate and curious. You’re interested in how emerging AI capabilities may change how products are built or experienced. Nice-to-Haves
