Career Amp , to driven professionals. You’ll also play a key role in upholding and expanding

—define everything we do. In this role, you’ll embody these values by building authentic connections, communicating effectively, and ensuring every prospect feels seen, heard, and valued.
Your role goes beyond simply closing sales. It’s about taking ownership of your pipeline, listening deeply to prospects’ needs, and showing them how our solutions can propel them toward their goals. This is your chance to create memorable first impressions while driving meaningful growth—for our clients and our company.
This role is a 1099 contractor, commission-only role.
What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Move prospects through each stage of the sales pipeline in our CRM
Keep your CRM updated with clear, accurate notes and follow-up plans
Stay proactive by following up with prospects consistently and over time
Present
Career Amp
as an expert, educating prospects on its benefits
Be receptive to feedback from the Director of Sales to continuously improve
Stay available during standard working hours to take calls
Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge using internal and external resources
Collaborate with the team to share ideas and deliver an exceptional client experience
Identify and communicate patterns of feedback or potential concerns to the Director of Sales
Results We Expect:
Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM with accurate client details and next steps
Achieve a close rate of at least
30%
Update your sales stats sheet daily (Monday-Friday by 8 PM EST)
Demonstrate effective communication with the team, ensuring all necessary details are shared promptly
Stay knowledgeable about our products through ongoing training
Follow all internal communication and process guidelines

On-Target Earnings (OTE)
$120,000 - $200,000+
