Senior Data Analyst , you aren't just reporting on the past; you are predicting the future and influencing the bottom line. We are seeking a strategic thinker who can move beyond data extraction to provide sophisticated modeling, mentor junior staff, and lead high‑stakes optimization projects.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to navigate the complex intersection of healthcare policy, clinical operations, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
Strategic Modeling:
Build and manage complex financial models to evaluate the impact of new payer contracts, fee schedule changes, and payer denials
Advanced Root‑Cause Analysis:
Lead deep‑dive investigations into systemic revenue leakage. You will be responsible for identifying multi‑variable trends that cause underpayments or recurring denials.
Executive Storytelling:
Translate granular data into high‑level strategic insights for the Executive Leadership Team (CFO, COO, VP of Revenue Cycle).
Analytics Standardization and Insights:
help develop and deliver reimagined RCM dashboards and using predictive analytics to solve business problems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years in Healthcare Data Analytics with a heavy focus on the "back‑end" of the revenue cycle.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot
Preferred Qualifications
Mid‑level SQL skills (CTE’s, Window Functions, Stored Procedures, and Query Optimization).
Physical Requirements Standard office environment.
Sit, stand, walk.
Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.
See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.
Less than 50% of the time:
Stoop, kneel or crawl.
Climb and balance.
Carry and lift 10-20 lbs.
