Key Responsibilities
Understand customer power requirements and recommend suitable diesel generator solutions based on technical needs.
Promote and sell diesel generators to industries, commercial establishments, and institutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular meetings, calls, and follow‑ups.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate technical and product‑related information.
Act as a key interface between the company and its current and potential markets.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and close sales deals effectively.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth execution of orders.
Track order status with suppliers/dealers and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals aligned with customer requirements.
Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer trends.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
Address customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
Candidate Profile
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a target‑driven approach
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities
Must own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving license
Fluency in English and the local language
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
B.Tech / BBA / MBA (Marketing specialization preferred)
Experience:
03 years (Freshers with strong interest in sales can be considered)
