What You’ll Be Doing Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to businesses across target markets Identify decision‑makers and introduce 360clean services Overcome objections and position value effectively Schedule qualified walkthrough appointments for franchise owners Follow up consistently through calls and email Track activity, notes, and pipeline in CRM Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets
What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Comfortable in a high‑activity, outbound sales environment Competitive, goal‑driven, and motivated by performance Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent Organized with strong follow‑up habits Sales, cold‑calling, or telemarketing experience preferred
