As the official equipment partner of HYROX, we operate across DTC (ecommerce), Showrooms, Specialty Retailers, and Commercial Distributor channels. The Role We’re looking for a detail-driven, customer-obsessed Inside Sales Support professional to join our remote team. You’ll be the connective force behind our sales engine — supporting Outside Sales Managers, dealers, and HYROX affiliates with precision, speed, and empathy. Your work keeps opportunities moving, customers delighted, and systems clean. What You’ll Own Keep the Machine Running You’ll own the daily flow of quotes, orders, and communications that power our business. Prepare and maintain sales documentation — quotes, proposals, contracts, and presentations. Build branded sales collateral using approved templates. Manage and triage shared inboxes, routing requests to the right owners. Qualify inbound leads with the goal to schedule discovery calls for Outside Sales. Execute targeted outreach cadences to defined audience segments. Move Orders from Quote to Delivery Accuracy is everything. You’ll convert approvals into action and make sure every customer gets exactly what they ordered — on time. Convert approved quotes into accurate sales orders (SKUs, pricing, terms, freight, and ship-to details). Coordinate with Logistics to book shipments and communicate delivery updates. Partner with Customer Service to address order issues (backorders, substitutions, and warranties). Manage RMA and replacement workflows while maintaining detailed audit trails. Clean data creates clarity — and clarity drives results. You’ll make sure our CRM and reporting are always one step ahead. Maintain clean, current CRM data across accounts, opportunities, and activities. Produce weekly dashboards and pipeline health reports. Assist with territory forecasting by reconciling forecasts to actuals and flagging risks. Run standing pipeline calls, capturing action items and next steps to ensure follow-through. Coordinate calendars, demos, and design reviews between Outside Sales, dealers, and customers. Bridge communication between other departments to prevent roadblocks and keep deals on track. Champion the Customer You’ll be the first line of communication — the person who keeps relationships strong and responses fast. Act as the day-to-day contact when Outside Sales is traveling. Support dealer and affiliate onboarding, credit applications, and documentation requests. Ensure fast, professional communication — first response in
Coordinate issue resolution (warranty triage, install scheduling, carrier claims) and close the loop with the customer. Power Programs and Campaigns When we launch something new, you’ll be right there — making sure the operational side runs flawlessly. Support sales campaigns (product launches, dealer programs, and events) with various administrative tasks. Coordinate samples, floor models, and demo gear logistics in coordination with Operations. Manage check-in/out and equipment condition tracking. Orchestrate Complex Projects You’ll keep multi-departmental projects aligned from kickoff to delivery — ensuring communication stays clear and timelines stay intact. Manage custom and commercial projects from intake through delivery, ensuring clear communication, task tracking, and on-time execution. Open and monitor Asana tasks across Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Manufacturing to keep workflows aligned and approvals on track. Coordinate artwork, documentation, and customer approvals for custom or configured products. Communicate timelines, lead times, and logistics options clearly to both internal teams and customers. What You’ll Bring Required: 2–4+ years in inside sales, sales operations, or customer success (preferably in hardware, fitness, sporting goods, or light commercial equipment). Proven experience with CRM/ERP workflows (quote-to-order, order-to-cash). Excellent written and verbal communication skills — professional, polished, and personable. High accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability. Comfortable working remotely across distributed teams. Preferred: Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ERP systems. Understanding of freight terms (FOB Origin, Prepaid & Add) and delivery requirements. Experience with fitness equipment or commercial fitness facilities (accessories, installation requirements, general terminology). Familiarity with HYROX training concepts and race stations.
