Project Manager Linkedskills Expert Talent Solutions Linkedskills is currently recruiting for an experienced One Stop Shop Project Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing organisation operating within the renewable energy and home retrofit sector across Ireland. This company is recognised as a leading provider of residential energy upgrade solutions, delivering high-quality retrofit projects under the SEAI Better Energy Homes Scheme, including Air-to-Water Heat Pumps, Solar PV Systems, and full-home energy-efficiency upgrades. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, high-quality workmanship, and industry-leading retrofit standards nationwide. Role Overview The One Stop Shop Project Manager will report directly to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential retrofit projects from initial survey through to final delivery. This role requires strong project coordination skills, technical understanding of retrofit works, and the ability to manage subcontractors, direct labour, homeowners, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage home energy retrofit projects in line with SEAI retrofit codes of practice Coordinate project delivery with homeowners and ensure excellent customer communication throughout the process Supervise subcontractors and direct labour teams on-site Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Liaise with utility providers, including ESB Networks and Gas Networks Ireland, where required Coordinate with internal Health & Safety and Quality teams Conduct pre-site surveys alongside sales consultants to verify the scope of work and identify any additional requirements Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits Complete internal pre-SEAI inspection checks to ensure compliance Maintain accurate project records and updates within the CRM system Work closely with design teams to ensure compliance with DEAP and retrofit requirements Liaise with finance and accounts departments regarding project costs and payment schedules Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks for subcontractors and site personnel Travel to project sites weekly as required Support office-based coordination, including material orders, scheduling, project updates, and operational planning Requirements Previous experience within the One Stop Shop / Retrofit sector is essential Strong understanding of SEAI retrofit processes and compliance standards Project Management qualification or equivalent experience preferred Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong focus on customer service and project delivery Full clean driving licence preferred Package & Benefits Salary: €60,000 + Benefits DOE Performance Bonus Company Van Fuel Card Phone & Laptop Provided Full-Time Permanent Position Additional Benefits Company Pension Employee Assistance Programme Wellness Programme Employee Discount Scheme Company Events On-Site Parking
