Service Coordinator West Dublin Office-based (5 days per week) €35,000 €40,000 DOE A well-established security solutions company based in South Dublin are hiring an organised, confident and highly detail-focused Service CoOrdiantor to join their busy operations team. Youll work closely with the Office Manager and play a vital part in ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, customers are looked after professionally, and jobs are managed accurately from start to finish. Youll be the first point of contact for many customers, including property management companies and commercial clients and the role will involves coordinating and scheduling technicians based on their location, technical specialism and workload, while ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service. Youll manage incoming calls, log and update jobs on the CRM system, record technician updates and job outcomes, and provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment are essential.
