Development Manager |North Dublin €80,000 - €100,000 + Bonus A well-established and growing property developer is seeking an experienced Development Manager to join their team based in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business with a strong pipeline of both new and existing developments across the residential sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects through the planning and pre-construction phases. Key Responsibilities: Manage new and existing developments through the planning process Liaise with local authorities, planning consultants, architects, engineers, and external stakeholders Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design teams Assist with site identification, feasibility studies, and development appraisals Oversee planning submissions and ensure projects progress in line with programme targets Monitor project risks, timelines, and budgets during the development phase Support senior management with overall project strategy and delivery Requirements: Previous experience in a Development Manager or similar role Strong understanding of the Irish planning process Background in property development, construction, engineering, planning, or architecture Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills For a confidential discussion or to learn more, please get in touch directly.
