divh2Sales Engineer/h2pLocation: Butte, MT/ppType: Full-Time/ph3Responsibilities/h3pResponsibilities of the Sales Engineer include:/pulliResponsible for pursuing leads, qualifying prospects, and managing all aspects of the sales process for both new and existing customers./liliResponsible for generating leads through cold calls, referrals and territory-specific marketing efforts that the Sales Engineer originates./liliResponsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations./liliResponsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc./liliRespond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/RFQs./liliAttending and presenting the technology at trade shows and symposiums./liliConvey customer requirements and an understanding of emerging applications to Product Management teams./liliTravel throughout the US sales territory./liliMaintain an accurate customer database using Salesforce CRM./liliAct on and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally./liliMeet, or exceed monthly and annual sales goals./liliAdhere to all company policies./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pThe successful candidate must:/pulliBe self-motivated and self-sufficient./liliHave a proven track record in capital equipment sales./liliBe knowledgeable of industrial materials-processing technology./liliBe comfortable in the technical atmosphere with a dynamic and rapidly expanding customer base./liliPossess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports./liliBe organized and analytical and able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches./liliBe prepared for a minimum 50% travel./liliHave 5+ years relevant experience in capital equipment sales./liliHold a BS degree in Engineering, or a related field./liliExcellent written verbal communication skills are essential./liliBe a US Citizen./liliPossess a valid US driving license and good driving record./liliBe proficient at installing and demonstrating equipment at customer sites./liliDemonstrate good mechanical skills, including the operation of computers and the mixing equipment./liliHave a strong work ethic./li/ul/div
