Opportunity:

Physician - Urology

Job Details:

  • Provide 24-hour urology call coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM

  • On-call position with 20-minute response time requirement when called on-site

  • Typically handle 2-4 calls per night with 1-2 expected on-site call-ins

  • See approximately 1-5 patients per shift

  • Perform rounding and discharge duties for new admissions and inpatients

  • Average 2-4 hours per day of on-site call-back hours

  • Handle common procedures including kidney stones, CBI consults, stents, hematuria management, and difficult catheter placements

  • Provide patient consultations and manage transfers

  • Document specific reasons for call-backs on timesheet entries for verification

  • Board certification required with minimum 2-year fellowship experience

  • General adult urology skills required, ureteroscopy required

  • Laparoscopic surgeries and nephrectomy experience preferred

  • 60-day credentialing timeframe
