Day in the Life Typically includes:
Deploy, configure, administer, and support SOS Berlin JS7 for workload automation, including complex workflows, scheduling, integration into cloud-based SaaS platforms, and ongoing optimization.
Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure components (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, networking, security controls, and best practices).
Support the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across multi‑cloud environments within AWS.
Automate infrastructure, operational workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and production operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across networking, compute, storage, performance, security, and system integrations.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar.
Work closely with security teams to implement cloud governance, security controls, IAM policies, and support compliance requirements (including SAML authentication where applicable).
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement to enhance system reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with development, operations, product, and architecture teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application needs and delivers enterprise‑grade performance.
While training the position requires working U.S. business day. Once independent can transition of India business day.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience implementing, administering, and supporting SOS Berlin JS7 workload automation (enterprise‑grade scheduling and workflow orchestration).
5+ years of hands‑on experience managing cloud environments, with strong expertise in AWS (deep understanding of VPC, networking, IAM, security controls, and best practices).
Experience with Linux and Windows system administration in a cloud context (Windows required; Linux a plus).
Experience with PowerShell scripting (required).
Solid understanding of networking concepts including load balancing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, and secure architectures.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast‑paced SaaS environment, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Professional‑level certification (or Associate‑level such as Solutions Architect Associate) or equivalent (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
