CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

Locum CRNAs needed to start July 2026 and work ongoing near Davis, OK. OK license preferred.

• 13 Weeks Off Per Year.
• 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off (Open to Full -time as well).
• Community Based Hospital Care Team Model, MD does Pre and Post Op.
• 3 ORs and 1 OB room a day with a 3-4 CRNA team.
• Case Mix: General, Bread and Butter, OB.
• Call - 1:3 Weeknights, 1:3 Weekends.
• Credentialing: If Clean can get credentialed in 30/60 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
